This was the first time I'd ever been here. We were served all night by the manager, who was lovely and attentive. The food came at reasonable times and was absolutely delicious! Cannot fault them whatsoever and will definitely be returning! Thank you for a great evening

We have a great lunch yesterday. Greeted and served by Mark who was engaging, friendly and attentive. I love the that the kids got to choose from a varied children’s menu or could choose from the adults at 50% of the cost. So much better than the usual hot dog/pizza/nuggets style menu that most restaurants offer. My daughter went for the smoked salmon starter and medium rare steak and loved it, declaring it the best meal she’d had! I also recommend the Cape Malay curry. Absolutely delicious and a bit different. We’ll certainly be back....

Another three great take away Sunday lunches a turkey, a beef and a lamb. The food was great and well presented in containers ready to heat back up in the microwave. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE ON DELIVERY me and my partner ordered food for 8:30pm and it arrived at 7:50pm, we wasn’t expecting it this early and wasn’t yet hungry or prepared to eat. Nobody told us of this early delivery. We then noticed the food wasn’t packed well and the food was soggy and damp. The burger was burnt and tasted like salt and the brownie that we paid over 4 for was something I could have collected from the Tesco reduced section for 50p. It was described as a nice brownie covered in sauce and was in fact rock hard when it arrived and cold. Overall bad service, not what we expected on Valentine’s.

Lovely restaurant. Shared afternoon tea here and the food was lovely. Staff are polite and attentive with a friendly attitude. The atmosphere is also great, not too noisy or too quiet. This place is fab at anytime.of the day or night! Photos were taken over half way through in case you were worried that you only got two sandwiches...

We've visited McKenzies on a couple of occasions to eat and the restaurant has always been exceptional, however my review today is based on their MCK@HOME service. We ordered two burgers and they were absolutely phenomenal. Inch thick, beautiful cooked beef, served with THE best takeaway chips I've ever had and a ludicrously tasty salad, delivered to our door in 40 minutes as promised. On top of all this, bear in mind that an alternative "restaurant" not a million miles away also beginning with "Mc" is marginally more expensive for a "comparable" meal!

Afternoon tea treat. Lovely food, and nice to have a savoury selection. I never knew Scotch Eggs with melted cheese were so delicious. Every member of the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. With the worlds new normal, we felt very safe and comfortable.
