Really happy with our new hallway, landing and playroom floor. Tom was really knowledgable about what product would be best for us in terms of practicality and look. The fitter (Craig) was professional, efficient and did a great job. Fantastic supplier all round, would highly recommend.

All of the staff at Tatlows were very helpful great communication throughout, in particular Jayne.We took a while to make our final colour choice for the flooring but nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient and professional . Jayne ordered various samples for us to take home and see what they looked like which was very helpful and it helped us pick the final colour. Craig fitted the floor and has done a first class job was very professional and left the rooms clean and tidy.We now have a beautiful quality floor and would 100% recommend them to anyone .

Jayne gave us a lot of help in the store when choosing our upstairs carpets. Tom came out to measure up and the quote arrived soon after. After accepting the quote Brian came out to fit and did an excellent job to a very high standard. We can happily recommend Tatlow Carpets and will use them again when we have all the downstairs carpets replaced. Many thanks to all involved.

We recently had our stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms re-carpeted by Tatlow’s and I can’t recommend them enough. Firstly the service of quoting, measuring and selecting the carpet was so easy with Tom’s help! We were able to take home samples to compare against our furniture and choose at our own leisure. Tom then measured us up and the quote came over in a timely manner. Their customer service is second to none! The fitting was then done by Brian, who gave us a courtesy call the day before to let us know what time to expect him. He was so efficient, professional and friendly! The carpet looks amazing and we can’t thank them enough! Will definitely be using Tatlow’s again in the future and I would recommend to anyone!
