After looking online and realising the store was open for in-store shopping we travelled to Lichfield and like the signs on the door stated we waited outside to be greeted into the store. To this we were stared and laughed at by all three members of staff inside. We waited for them to at least come and address us but instead they just laughead. I'm really unhappy about this, and has resulted in the journey being a complete waste.

Lovely products plenty of choice.
Obviously it has great products for body care and isn't expensive. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here rather than going to the local supermarket.
