We can’t recommend Sue and Russell enough, very helpful in creating our own design of fireplace with a fabulous Dru fire and limestone wall hung hearth. The design wouldn’t have looked anything however without the Professional skills and attention to detail of Matt and Clive the fitters. Matt went over and above to ensure an absolutely fabulous finish. Super happy customers- thank you.

We are over the moon! Enjoying our modern, sleek-looking Dru Designer Gas Fire from The Fireplace in Lichfield. An old and tired-looking chimney breast has been 100% transformed. Now the focal point of our newly refurbished lounge it has attracted many positive comments. A special Thank You goes to Russell, Sue, senior fitter Matt Witt and the entire hard working installation team for their friendliness, thorough preparatory work, professional advice and competent installation service. We were kept informed throughout; all stages of the process were discussed and explained beforehand. Excellent support from start to finish, from initial enquiries at The Fireplace through to Matt handing us the easy-to-use remote control. We highly recommend the entire team and our beloved Dru fire without hesitation if you are looking to upgrade and give your lounge a new contemporary look. Many thanks.

I cannot recommend or speak more highly of everyone at The Fireplace Shop. Russell was so helpful and efficient. After his visit to my cottage I received a quotation the same day for all the works and installation of a gas stove. It was a very competitive price, and I had no hesitation in asking them to go ahead. The two engineers that came to install were so efficient, friendly and a pleasure to have in my property. They made a superb job and I am thrilled with everything.
