I absolutely loved the balloon arrangement they did for my 4 year olds birthday, combination of his favorite characters. Both Sue and Elaine are very helpful and patient, they gave great suggestions and recommendations. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also purchased a last minute elf balloon arrangement which was fantastic. They even suggested personalizing it with my sons name which was such a lovely touch. I think its those little touches that make all the difference. Will definitely be using them again the future.

We have used the Handcrafted Party since it opened for various celebrations throughout the year. Elaine and Sue have always been so helpful, even with last minute jobs and designs. They are so creative; their creations always become a centre piece at a party. I would thoroughly recommend them for all celebratory needs.

Fabulous service! Ordered a 40th balloon for my wife, Elaine could not have been any more helpful and the balloon which was personalised - Amazing My wife was very touched along with the banner. Thank you and our kids have now said “WE WANT ONE” So looks like I’m coming back.
