Not bad for my first visit. I appreciate its Covid-19 rules but service was slow. Beer was fine and I'm sure prior to the crazy world this place was a fine venue to visit.

Great old english pub. Lots of ales.
The food is tasty and good value.
It's been brilliant at this pub Ransford the manager great guy nothing too much trouble and the food was rel home made great food couldnt fault it which showed with the amount of people eating there Sharon the cook takes pride in prepping and cooking her delicious food not forgetting Kay the lovely bubbly bar person all in all looked forward to visiting every week great military reunions too made to feel a part off met some very interesting people very sadly under new management and the old cook returned so I foresee a demise of this once great pub
Sunday lunch was very good. Brilliant portion sizes. The price was good also. Lovely team members serving. Well worth a visit.
