I found the service very professional and helpful with a very prompt response when they were contacted by my employer. I'd never has counselling before but the information before the first session answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Even though the process was done via video call I still felt that I was able to talk to my counsellor about everything and it maybe even made me feel more relaxed. Overall I had a really good experience.

I was referred from my Occupational health team at work. I was this service exceptional my Therapist Marcia was Absolutely perfect for me. Marcia understand exactly what I was saying she understood my needs from day 1. I would myself looking forward to my zoom meeting and smiling to myself during the week when I was reflecting on the sessions. I would highly recommend the listening centre. Extremely professional and making you feel at ease non Judge mental.

Arranging an appointment with a therapist was so fast and communicated very well which I highly appreciated. Andrea's professional and personal experience were perfectly relevant to my needs and has given me renewed confidence going forward. Andrea was consistently positive, enthusiastic and demonstrated great empathy. She always made sure I was happy that I got all my concerns across in each session and sent me useful information in between sessions relating to my concerns.
