Absolutely love this place, great menu with plenty of varied choice. Food fresh and well presented. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Staff very attentive and friendly. The pub is really on trend with stylish furnishings. Was busy so would advise booking.

Visited for Sunday lunch. Nice place with quirky owl decor. Food was of excellent standard. Plates on the cool side but, we all enjoyed our meals. Good drinks selection too. Will definitely be back.
Had a party of 6 at the owl. Everything went smoothly. Table available on time. Reasonable range on the menu without having too much. Service friendly and attentive without being over the top. Covid measures in place and working well. Dropped a star due to some confusion when serving steaks, knowing which was which, and medium steak a bit overdone. However a very enjoyable time was had. Prices reasonable for the standard.
This pub has changed hands many times in the past. But it has been The Owl for a few years now and it's longevity is plain to see when you visit. Nice decor, pleasent helpful staff, great selection of beers and excellent food at a reasonable price. The lady that served me was not put out by me tasting a couple of the hand pulled ales before I chose. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was enough to satisfy.
