This is more of a thank you than a review but I thought it important that I acknowledge the kindness of your staff today when my daughter rang you to let me know that she had been delayed in meeting me and her two boys as planned (she had tried unsuccessfully to reach me by mobile phone ). Not only did you locate me outside the Cathedral but offered me parking space free of charge as my own parking limit had long since expired .Thank you so much for your help and courtesy at a time when we were all beginning to get a little anxious .
