Great insight to what our heroes went through to enable us the kind of life we have now. Support our service men and women.

Fantastic place great for all ages! The full size ww1 trench is a real experience and one of the best we have been to. So many medals on display and lots of stories of local men from all world wars. Pay once and get 12 months to revisit as often as you like. Parking is also completely free. They are currently building a fantastic play area for children with a tank climbing frame and slide. They have an Anderson shelter and a blitz experience which is fantastically done. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and obviously have a real passion for the history! Top day out that wont break the bank!

Great museum. Fantastic history. The staff and volunteers are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Well layed out. Good facilities. Worth a visit whether you have ties with the regiment or not.

Been twice and well worth many visits. Love the mock trenches, I believe longest in Europe with lots of off shoots giving real sense of layout in the war and even videos of those involved. Indoor area has a number of interesting artifacts too. If you have family connected to the Regiment or just interested in war memorabilia I would highly recommend.
