Again, we have asked for the help from UK surveyors for another project. This family business are always on the ball, efficient, productive and extremely professional. A fully honest and transparent business that excels beyond that of any other planning company we have encountered. Site visits are always a pleasure and we feel totally confident in leaving our ideas in the hands of Darren who develops them into plans. Expeditiously, Louise administers the applications and maintains honest conversations and up to date briefings on the project. What can I say about these guys. Well you know you've received good service when everything is explained in terms you can understand, and you come away FEELING happier, more confident and more in control of the situation. First of all this company was recommended to me, upon a quick telephone call I realised they understood me and my needs completely . The survey carried out, picked up some items we wouldn't have thought of, and then the follow up telephone consultation with the surveyor put everything into prospective. I needed to make a small plan. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Perfect contact, they answered all questions very quickly also they have professional tools and a price about 100/200 cheaper than local businesses. If someone needs an architect, I can recommend this company.

We used UK Surveyors for a property we are purchasing in the UK, while we are living in Dubai. After being let down by the original surveyor, at short notice, we found UK Surveyors and dealt with Louise who was our saviour. She stepped in at the last minute and dealt with our case in the most professional and efficient manner. We are so pleased with the survey and wish we had found them first. In particular the 3D walk around enabled us to see the property for the first time and allowed us to do measurements which proved invaluable for our circumstance buying from abroad. We had a follow up call with the surveyor to answer any questions we had. At all time Louise was on hand to answer our queries, we couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend UK surveyors. Excellent customer service, superb quality and a fantastic experience, well worth every penny.
