Very bad customer service in lichfield store. Complained once already about a particular worker there, went back in today to try them again and got confronted about the first complaint and basically called a liar, which I didn't appreciate at all very unprofessional. You should give better customer service if there has been a complaint about you not worse. Will definitely not be returning.

Excellent range of products clearly explained to a noob like me by staff who are helpful, polite, and efficient. I went in as a smoker to have a look and left vaping. That was about a month ago and haven't regretted anything.
Absolutely top notch service! Aaron helped me get set up with a new pen, and I can't thank him enough!! Will definitely be going there for all of my vape products, even though it's a 30min drive from my town.

Own brand Vape Juice is available and it's incredibly well priced for the quality of it. It's great! Walked in not knowing what to expect, walked out a well educated customer with a smile on my face.
