Poor advice given, we were told 5g would only work with unlimited data which was false and when I asked about apple TV free for a year with an iPhone we were told you don't get any channels unique to apple which i believe there are unique channels to apple TV.

After buying 2 High Value products on a significant contract each month, you would think the shop would be only too happy to help when one of your products isnt working as it should. I clearly came in on the wrong day, being greeted by 2 advisers who clearly didn't want to be at work. Not only did they not offer to help or clearly want to help, they also gave me incorrect advice. Now having run my own business for a number of years customer service and first impressions count, they clearly dont with Vodafone.
