I actually need a function with zero stars. My husband bought a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift, (bought 24.12.20, returned 28.12.20)he thought is was white gold and according to the price, which was not, we supplied a Dr's letter that I am allergic to gold, there is no sign that we can't return the earrings, the owner said that he will send the earrings to the manufacturer, but If I provide him with a Dr's letter he will assist, he took the earrings back, and now he refuse to assist, so he does have the earrings as well as the money, which is more than 3k. We always support him and this is how he handled us.
