Then only reason they got one star was because zero stars were not an option. I called noonish on Tuesday and they told me they would be here that afternoon. Then they called and said they had an emergency and that they would be here Wednesday morning around 10:00. No call and no show by 10:30. I called back. They promised to show that afternoon. I called around 3:00 and they assured me they would be here between 4:00 to 5:00. I called at 5:00 and he said that he couldn’t make it. Maybe tomorrow. We told him that he had the poorest customer service we had ever seen. MOST UNDEPENDABLE business we have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time !!!! I will be reporting them to BBB also so others like us do not have to waste our time on businesses like this.

Had to move first appointment because he was up late with an emergency customer the night got before. Understandable and communicated. Rescheduled and confirmed appointment. Woke up and texted to confirm appointment day of. No response. Called at time of appointment and he was in St. Louis and tried to claim he texted. Michelle was very professional and communicative. Lee had the phone the day of and it was obvious Michelle was not involved that day. Hope they get it figured out.

Service was fast and great. BUT 158 labor for a half an hour job. Plus another 63 for diagnosis...???? A water pump .... he wanted to drain our fresh water tank and we told him how to turn the valves so he didn’t have to. 450 later we had water....

They looked at my AC on my travel trailer. These guys were honest and did not try taking advantage of me. There were no over charges and they were attentive to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone needing RV Repairs.
