Tried to buy a ham&cheese baguette for my ten-year-old daughter, but once I got a closer look I could tell by its looks that it was probably made too many hours ago, which I told the woman behind the counter and she agreed. Another clerk broke in to tell me that they could keep baguettes for two days in the fresh food display counter, but that this particular one was made sometime today. Serving stale baguettes as \fresh\ deserves 1 star, but they did provide an alternative without further argument, so I believe 2 stars is more correct.
