I was in horrendous pain from a car collision and needed help with tissue and spinal damage. I decided to try Google search. I found \Life and Balance centre\ and haven't looked back. I couldn't recommend Andrew enough. He's extremely knowledgeable, he listens and explains, all while relieving pain. A very friendly environment to walk into especially with the world we are living in today. Any stress you walk in with is completely gone by the time you leave. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. Ann F.

I came across Life and Balance just before xmas, I was struggling with a lot of back pain and frequent headaches for ages and I'd tried so many things to try and help, I was leaving chiropractic care as a last resort. My shoulders would often slouch forward and lead me to not have good posture and sitting at a desk didn't help since coming here a couple of times a week the last 3 weeks I can already feel an improvement in my posture my headaches have significantly reduced and I do sleep a lot better from just a few adjustments. Stress is a major factor in my life, by coming here it has helped me feel calmer. Everyone in Life and Balance are very welcoming and warm, before starting care an assessment is done, so the right course of care can be given.
I had an aneurysm 5 years ago and have been struggling on many levels since particularly with balance and fatigue. I came across an American website that recommended neuro feedback for people who had suffered a brain injury. I searched the web and came across Life & Balance. I was quite skeptical when I realised that it was a chiropractor practice. However I persevered and am seeing huge benefits. It has helped calm my busy mind, improved my sleep, eradicated a severe hip and shoulder pain that I have had for years and improved my clarity of thought. I so wish that I had found this years ago. I have known Dr. Tammy and have been under her chiropractic care since 2006. Also, my two boys (5 & 6 years of age) have been with Dr. Tammy’s care since they were born. I always ensure that my family and I get our chiropractic adjustments as part of our health routine/lifestyle. Life and Balance Centre provides excellent care with proven results. Their natural, gentle, relaxed, safe and flexible approach, techniques and technology helped me got through with some stressful situations when I was pregnant in 2013 and 2014. I can’t live a day without adjustments as it really empowers me to achieve a balanced quality of life both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Life and Balance Centre.
The team at LBC are very welcoming. I have issues with neck pain, tension, hip and knee pain , migraines and insomnia. The improvement in all areas has been huge. My sleeping has improved, migraines reduced, mobility and posture hugely improved and neck pain and tension reduced. What I like is that the team treat the whole body and not just one area. The adjustments are non invasive and painless. My hip and knee pain has reduced and I have improved range of movement and can walk further without pain. My posture has improved. Your plan of care is discussed with you. I would highly recommend LBC.
Highly recommend**** I have been a member of Life and Balance Centre for a good few years now. I always get a smiley happy face greeting me when I come through the door. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and the decor really adds to that too. Not only do I feel comfortable when I'm in the centre the approach to chiropractic adjustments are so gentle and so effective. It's more than adjustments it's a place of wellness, I always feel heard and get so much relief, thanks a mill!!
I have seen many chiropractors in my time, and nobody quite looks after you as well as they do Life and Balance Centre. I get adjusted on a regular basis and more frequently when a few niggles need a little extra care. I find their attention to detail really nurturing and very specific to my needs. I first went to see Tammy after I had torn my hamstring playing football. It was the 3rd time it went in a year. After a few weeks of treatment it felt much better and I was able to return to the team well ahead of schedule.I had more confidence when sprinting and no longer had back pain when driving. With regular visits I stayed injury free for the rest of the year.
