I am in my early 50's, at 45 I had chemo and experienced medically induced menopause, then I also started having Thyroid issues. I was tired all the time and had gained 30lbs! I had no energy or desire to work out but I hated my body. After seeing Dr. Goodman I began to workout again, eat healthier, and started taking care of my Gut, Dr Goodman also suggested that I tried steroid pellets and they were amazing!! I actually had a libido for the first time in 6 yrs! Now after only 4 months, I was 167lbs on my first visit and now I weigh 151lbs and still losing . I am happier and so is my husband! I had actually given on losing weight but Dr Goodman is truly a god send! He has actually changed my life! He is a little expensive and doesnt except Ins, but he is worth every penny, even if you have to save up for a while or get a credit card, do it! For real help that is life changing....its worth the sacrifice.

Dr. Goodman and the staff at Lifespan have been incredible with me. Dr. Goodman has worked diligently to dial in my HRT and my thyroid medication and I feel better and stronger than ever before. The staff at Lifespan are knowledgeable, genuine and kind, always accommodating what is needed to meet my treatment goals..

Life’s too short. Ten years ago at 48 years old I found myself with severe debilitating joint pain and stiffness. Otherwise I was very healthy and fit. After several months with a rheumatologist, his best guess was Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) – a disease less common in 48 year olds like me and more common in 70-80 year olds. Solution – Prednisone for 2 ½ years. It relieved the pain, but I gained 20 pounds and who knows what other damage it caused. After 10 years of annual visits to the rheumatologist with the condition never completely subsiding, in December 2019 I had a severe flair up – pain and stiffness - and of course he couldn’t see me for 4 months. Frustrating, but it was a blessing in disguise. It led us to Dr. Goodman. In one meeting he determined that it was more likely an auto immune issue caused by diet. He suggested an elimination diet. Within one month the pain and stiffness was subsiding, after 6 months it’s completely gone. For the first time in 10 years my joints are pain free. As a bonus, the diet also eliminated my husband’s acid indigestion. Conclusion - Life is too short to waste time (or money) on old-school/one-size-fits-all medicine. Explore the alternatives. Dan is incredibly attentive to your back story and is great at reading between the lines to get to the core issues. If inflammation and joint pain plagues you he has the fix. Getting to know him has been an experience in its self as well. Thanks Dr Dan!!!

Dr. Goodman has been helping my family for nearly two years now. We have had PRP injections that have cured torn shoulders and a bad back that I suffered with for over 15 years. The PRP has been extremely successful and life changing. Recently my wife was diagnosed with colon cancer. We went to Dr. Goodman to get her as heathy has we could before surgery. It made a huge difference. The Vitamin IV’s reduced her inflammation and gave her a leg up on killing her cancer. She had 23 lymph nodes removed during surgery due to the size of the tumor. Every single one that came back tested negative for cancer. I truly believe the four weeks of treatments before with Dr. Goodman had a lot to do with it. I came down with a cold the day I took her into the hospital for surgery. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to stay with her if I was sick, I immediately went to him and got a Vitamin IV. The cold disappeared the next day! It was the first time I had an IV for a cold. I will be getting one from now on at the first sign of sickness. He has an amazing staff that makes you feel like your family. Highly recommend his services.
