From the moment I walked in, (my wife set my appointment) I felt very at ease. I was greeted and brought inside and escorted into the tested booth. Everything was explained thoroughly as the test was started. Dr. Dooley began the test and afterwards went over the results as to make sure I understood where my hearing was deficient. At this point my options were explained and pricing options discussed. I left with a pair on a trial basis to determine if this was the best option for me. Truly a painless experience and would highly recommend to others.

I went to Lifetime trying to help my Mother- in -law who had somehow gotten a crack in one of her hearing aides. She had purchased them from Costco and after driving there to find their service was terrible. All they wanted to do is have you pay for new ones. No chance of repair. Mind you, she’s 88yrs old and uses a walker or cane so it’s an all day affair driving to Nashville from Lebanon. Dr.Dooley, (Heather and Joy) and office staff were a God Send. They worked with the aid manufacturers to give them the means to repair Moms even though their not distributors and propitiatory to Costco. Boom!! We’re not yelling at her anymore. I was going crazy. I had to take my hearing aids out because everyone was yelling. Thank you so much ladies. Bless you all.

Lifetime Hearing Clinic is definitely a FIVE STAR organization. Dr. Dooley and her staff are always pleasant and efficient. This is a place you look forward to visiting.
