Staff untrained to deal with personal matters with an appropriate level of respect. The room I rented through Lighthouse Properties was full of structural damage upon arrival, which took them 3 months to fix. The only time they show their punctuality is when they demand rent payments. The agency as a whole is extremely unprofessional and I would advise students against letting with them, overpriced properties with incoherent managers who have taken advantage of students. Many better agencies to rent through in Lincoln. If I could rate 0/5 I would.

Lighthouse properties have been managing our property whilst we are out of the country. This is our first time renting out a property but it was made easier as they provided good guidance throughout the process. They found us a tenant and sorted out the necessary paperwork promptly and we receive good communication from them regarding any issues. We have had a minor plumbing issue which they sorted swiftly and at a very reasonable cost.

As landlords we have dealt with all the team at Lighthouse Property Services a number of times and we can say that they are polite, professional and hardworking. They always give feedback in terms of condition and safety regulations a property should be in prior to letting. They carry out the appropriate checks on behalf of the tenants and we value their input. Simon, Peter and the team do a great job in terms of maintenance and general enquiries. We really wouldn't want to go to another lettings agency! Our tenants are happy and that says it all.
