I am giving 2 stars because the staff polite... but their system was inefficient .. I ordered at the Iliff location in Aurora... I placed my order online so I could save time when I got up to the dispensary... that is the point of ordering ahead... online... right? But they have no system for those who take the time to order online....I still had to wait in the back of the line for everyone that still had to shop... there was absolutely no system or separate line to accommodate people who ordered ahead, not to mention I had to wait outside in the cold because the waiting room was at COVID capacity.

I've been coming to lightshade for several years now and I unfortunately have to give them a not so good review. Unfortunately their flower strains are inconsistent. What may be really good one time wont be as good another. Their growers must not flush the plants thoroughly enough because 9/10 their flower tastes like chemicals and sparks in the bowl confirm ignition of chemicals. Its gross. After this last batch of blue dream I picked up the other day, I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. The quality of their flower is inferior to other dispensaries. Unfortunately I would not recommend purchasing flower here. Wish I could return my purchase for a refund its that's bad it even looks and smells gross

My friend brought me here for my first time and on site they had great deals, a wide selection and dope benefits for your birthday or members. The budtenders have a great vibe and know what they're talking about. Definitely worth stopping by!

While the store has a great layout and friendly receptionists, not allowing someone to shop because of a small crack in the ID that 1. Does not effect the ability to view the picture, and 2. Does not prevent it from being scanned, is completely out of line. The only other time I had shopped in the past, the flower has been okay, but nothing spectacular.
