Went there today and the whole staff is just incredibly amazing. Receptionist was really friendly and this place over exceeded my expectations. Natasha is just as clear as water and loved her professionalism. Natasha didn’t try to sale me anything that my skin do not need. Otherwise Natasha did listen to my needs and gave me the answers and provided me with the product I needed along with good advices for a better and healthy looking skin. Stop right there because theres no need for you to keep look for another Med Spa. Call them ASAP to make your appointment. Again, I loved it and so do you will. Congratulations to the whole staff

Completely painless laser hair removal treatment! I was skeptical when I came to my first appointment, but it TRULY is painless. The only areas where I felt heat, or kind of a prickly sensation, was near my ankle bones. And even then, we just took a 10-second break and went back in. I am getting my treatments at the highest setting, and it's a completely comfortable experience. Best decision I ever made.

Came in for a consultation and had the pleasure of meeting Erica and Tasha .They are extremely professional and friendly. Tasha if I could give you a 10 star on Google I would you are excellent at what you do please don’t ever leave. And if you do please let me know I will follow you. It was all great until my last appointment I was about 10 minutes late and it was my first time ever being late. I’ve had appointments before and had to wait about 15 minutes or more when I was on time but this time when I was late for the FIRST time; the tech tells me that she will do as much as she can with the time she has because she has another appointment after me....Seriously? And my last session was today but I did need more sessions and I thought I would’ve of been given a great quote because I’m already one of your clients but NO they were trying to charge me more per session when I only needed a couple more but the package deal they were promoting was way less per session as a package for 8 more sessions. You would think customer service wise they would want to keep clients but no instead I’m told by the receptionist that that’s the price from their package and if I didn’t want to go with the per session rate that I can wait until they have betters deals. Just WOW!

I dislike leaving these kind of reviews but Customer Service make or break it for me when it comes to where I will spend my money. They appear to be nice, Erica at the front desk in particular, until you make them aware that your email was never acknowledged (the way she explained this was bizarre of how their system is setup) AND not to mention I asked for a refund of my own money (only 100). She was extremely nice nasty, so don't be fooled by her tone. Are they great at what they do? I'd never know because Erica turned me off completely.

This place is INCREDIBLE- I’ve been to one other laser hair removal in orlando and it was so unbearably painful and double the price than it is at LightTouch Med Spa. I’m writing this review during my second treatment while Jackie is doing my legs, it’s literally SO painless and I’ve been seeing great results! They even let you pick what you want to watch on Netflix during the treatment. Cannot recommend this place enough, if you’re thinking of laser hair removal definitely give them a call!
