This was a big rip off and very dishonest service. 1st I called and I got a lady who picked up asking me for the error code on the device. after giving the error code she tell mes the technician will come to replace it, when the technician comes he comes to my place and puts on the device and after looking the error code he tells me its 60E for diagnose ( I really doubt what he did for 60E when he knew this code before coming to my place) and later gave me another bill of over 200 euros excluding his labor, guys it better to buy a new device if you can than using this guy who will break your old device

This was a MAJOR RIP OFF!!!!!! He did not have the right stuff to repair it so he got back a second time. When i called to ask how much it was gonna be they said another 20 euro's, NOT HIGHER!!!!! When he came back and repaired the pieces he told me it was gonna be 80 euro's. When i said i didnt understand he called the lady at the office. She acted like i was making the mistake and that she explained it to me very clearly. After i said i don't want to pay more then 20 euro's he threatened to take the pieces out and leave. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!
The spring loaded mechanism for the dishwasher door was broken. The guys showed up and appeared to know what they were doing and fixed it. However they lacked attention to detail - they did not load the spring mechanism enough so the door fell down, there excuse - it's heavy - they broke the skirting, i told him it would break doing what he was doing, and sure enough, no apologies BTW - the skirting was not fully in place and was crooked. In the end I ended up fixing this myself, adjusted the spring mechanism, repaired the broken skirting, put it back properly. Will not go near these guys at all. Lucky to get 2 stars.
I must share my experience with this company they really deserve that ,they are really elegant they came in time and they repaired my dish washer and my washing mashine both are working better than before I'm also so very satisfied with their prices They also cleaned after repairing they left every thing clean thanks so much and I'm looking forward to having u again I really recommend this company Thanks
