I took my computer into Like New PCs for repairs for the first time in July. they repaired it and it worked fine until November. In November it crashed again and would not reboot. They repaired it again. In January it crashed again and would not reboot, same issue that was the original problem. When I called to see if it was covered under warranty the person on the phone said that it was over 30 days and it was out of warranty. He then explained to me "that a computer is like a car and sometimes you just need to keep bringing it back for repairs". I did not like his answer after I had already spent several hundred dollars with them on repairs. I have now opted to find another repair shop and had good luck and no issues.

I just want to warn everyone about taking their computers to Like New PCs (on 52nd off of Wadworth). I took my 9 month old laptop in because of power issues (it wouldn't turn on). I paid the 70 diagnosis fee and they returned it the next day (it powered up). When I asked what was wrong they replied the battery was really low and they just charged it. 3 days later, same problem, so I took it back. This time they said the problem was because the cord wasn't connecting in to power the motherboard/battery correctly but it was something on the motherboard (not a daughter board) so I needed to replace the whole thing. I originally had paid 350 for the laptop so didn't want to spend too much, but they said it would 277. They had my computer for a week and I finally got it back. It worked for 20 days, then same problem. I took it back and they told me it now needs a new batter 140. I talked to their employee Dominic saying it seems like they misdiagnosed it and I never needed a new motherboard. He said they had NEVER misdiagnosed a computer. I asked to talk to the manager/owner and he refused. He told me the owner had another full time job and was never there, and he was not available to call. I asked him to have him call me within 48 hours, and Dominic was very rude. No word from the owner. I am guessing Dominic never told him, as I can't believe they would be in business for so long if the owner was a jerk. I'm still waiting to hear back from the owner. He really needs to know his rude employee is losing him customers. If any of you are friends with the owner (it says his name is Timothy Mayo on the website), let him him know he is losing customers.

Jesse Spencer (I hope I have the name right), was instrumental in helping me keep 24 Digital Dining POS terminals running at the Paladium and the Oasis with a minimum budget that we had. If I lived closer I would visit much more often.

Bought one of your Web-Cams this summer. Cost was 29 & some cents people tell me the web-cam is High Quality,the guys said it would last a year or more. When it stops working I will be back. The guys were very nice, freindly,and will go back for all my PC needs. Thank you

I called about a laptop screen. I said I just need to pick it up and not have it installed. I was told that would be fine and they had it in stock. I drove 20 min down and the next guy said, no we don't sell laptop screens. He even called and they confirmed they earlier guy said they would sell it to me. They wouldn't honor the sale even with no return. If they can't honor what one of their staff tells a customer then what else are not not honoring.
