The salads and chocolate mouse are good. Unfortunately the Cannelloni aux légumes tasted like vinegar, it was disgusting. I thought it would be creamy and savory but it was really sour.

It’s a cute little restaurant situated at a good place in old lille near the church. The restaurant is using bio stuff. I took a vegan pasta but i did not like it a lot . And even for the drink i wanted to have a coca and they did not have it. If you like to eat bio, its a great restaurant for you. I just did not like the taste of my pasta. But overall the restaurant is cute but it is kind of small. It does not have a lot of space and currently due to covid , they can not use all the tables as they are very near to each other.
I visited De Rode Koe with my partner for dinner. First impression was good, we were warmly welcomed in by the male and female hosts. Restaurant is small and cosy and the decor is tasteful. Menu has a good selection of vegan options. I had the pollock in a creamy sauce which was wonderful. My partner had the tagine which she also enjoyed. Price is 17 for a main course but this is reflected in the quality of the food, and the portion size is substantial. Good experience all round!

Amazing food. I had the ravioli and my partner had a burger. Both were made with fresh ingredients and were absolutely fantastic. A must visit place for vegetarian and vegan visitors to Lille
