Based on single visit: there will be no more. Came to check different seat options for the car I am considering. Was met with arrogance, rudeness and incorrect information (and no support for actually trying what I was looking for). Absolutely hilarious incompetence. That is just one sales person (an issue raised to Bilia), but someone keeps him at customer facing position, therefore no more relations with this Bilia division for any need. Nominated for the worst car salesman in Norway in 2017.
