This is our second purchase from John Hiester Jeep in Lillington, NC. The reason we returned is the exceptional service we receive from their Service Dept. From the Service Manager to the cashiers, we are treated courteously and with complete professionalism. We are made to feel as if we are the most important customer in the building. They provide detailed explanations regarding the work they are doing on our Jeep and answer any concerns we have promptly. I appreciate the honesty and customer service that the folks at John Hiester provide. They do what they agree too and never try too push unneeded services like other shops. There's always an opening within a day or 2 for service appointments and I never mind driving 30 minutes because I know what in getting and paying for which has been great service every time!
