I would like to say what an excellent service I have received over the last 2 months whilst I've been unwell. Yes it might take time sometimes to get through on the phone but I've had no complaints with receptionists, always been kind and helpful, the doctors have been thorough and have phoned when promised, and also set me up with hospital appointments, the nurses have been great too. I very much appreciate everything they've done for me recently. And the covid vaccine programme has been arranged well too. A big thank you.

A former patient when I lived with my parents. Some of the negative reviews do not reflect my or my parents views. My parents have received superb care/referals for potentially serious illnesses, and in our experience the doctors and staff are an efficient & friendly bunch. They are all working hard in a very difficult situation, and my family are very appreciative of the service they provide. I have found the adjacent pharmacy very knowledgeable & helpful too. Parking is handy; the car park is usually full but quick turnover.
My experience with Lilliput Surgery over several years does not coincide with the negative comments that I see here. In the recent past I have had to interact with a number of the staff including receptionists, nurses and finally today one of the doctors. In each case I was dealt with courtesy, once with nice (appropriate) humour and finally with a caring doctor who ensured that I felt confident in her recommendation for immediate treatment and also that she wanted to review matters in a months time. The new normal for surgeries is not the same as a face to face consultation but I am left with the distinct impression that a busy doctor is keen to know that she has helped me and will do so in the future.
Absolutely awful service. Totally impossible to see a doctor. Stonewalled by unhelpful reception staff. A phone call is all you get (if you are lucky). I have been trying for weeks to no avail. They don't even seem to do a full week's work. Avoid!
We've been patients of Lilliput Surgery for many years and have always found the reception staff, nurses and doctors to be really helpful, especially when we've needed emergency appointments and last minute prescriptions. Thank You :-)
