Over the past few year the firm has accumulated experience in all spheres ofbProgramme Design, Monitoring and Evaluation and has been the on of the lead consulting firm in designing of Health, Food and Nutrition Security, Economic Empowerment, Integrated Water Sanitation and hygiene, Climate Change and Natural Resources, HIV and AIDS and Agriculture Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks/ systems to determine the extent of progress and impacts of such to the beneficiary communities in a bid to inform policy direction(Over 9 years’ experience in leading program level Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DM&E) systems; Strategic planning; evidence based programming support; research logistics and management; coordinating External Evaluations; conducting formative and summative research; Designing M&E systems, survey design and implementation via quantitative and qualitative participatory methods. The Development Quest Consulting Group take lead the development, management and implementation of the Performance Monitoring & Evaluation Plan (PMEP); maintain a database of project performance indicators using various IT systems.
