I am an avid believer that the person on the phone is the initial representation of the store, and is the first person you 'see'. I called this location to find out about purchasing a smart tv, and got the NICEST guy! His name is Chris. He made me an offer I could not refuse LITERALLY! I told his supervisor, Kelly Johnson, that Chris was VERY knowledgeable and VERY customer service oriented. Then I sent my husband down there to pick up my new TV. Great store!
