Looking to speak directly with owner because whoever they have answering the phones is completely unprofessional. We have 24 properties in Lima between 2 different companies. They sent a bill to a Sr. vs. Jr. Flagged our acct for non payment (we did not receive the bill). It was a simple misunderstanding and I would have paid on the spot. We have NO problems with contractors in Lima and use the same ones over and over. I have no problem with their work. They were responsive and quick. It is the blatant disregard for customer service by the person in charge of accounts. Total lack of professionalism. So now I'm on the look out for a new contractor for our properties out there. My review will be changed if/when I hear back from the owner. They tell me she will be in Monday. I do not write derogatory reviews but I'm honestly in shock. She literally just hung up on me and when I called back I heard her telling someone else in the office of the situation. I am the kind of person that would go out of my way to write a good review. I'm beyond baffled. As a business owner myself, I hope that the owner sees this because I would want to know if I had an employee with a poor attitude.

Called Browns right before Labor Day. The person on the phone super helpful. They had someone out the very next day, on Friday. The repair person was prompt, courteous and the charge was reasonable. Thanks for saving our holiday!
