Great service and prompt delivery
If you look in the comments, you’ll see a lot of Hate-O-Rade for Kirkwood. I don’t think they’re perfect, but I just wanted to call out Service/Install staffer, Dennis. We had a real need last week, and Dennis was at our residence on Friday and I would give him a 10 out of 10. Helpful, personable, skilled, and knowledgeable about propane.
Kirkwood is no longer a family business. The big corporation took of them and that corporation doesn't care if you're out of fuel if you don't pass their credit check you don't get emergency help even though you have over a thousand dollars on your account. Not happy.
I am writing this review as after several calls with managers to repair my lawn after their driver missed my driveway not once but twice and created deep ruts some 20 to 25 feet long. After several calls, One manager made a feeble attempt at lawn repair with one bag of top soil and grass seed. I called him after the repair and he was surprised at the damage and stated he did not have enough materials for the repair. The repair needs about 15 to 20 bags.... He has never returned. It is 8 months since the driver missed my driveway, Oh well. I WILL give their propane and heating oil products along with their service team 5 stars as they are second to none.
