I've tried several times to praise each section that makes up this facility. But it seems there's a time limit on review writing so I'll be brief. Yes there were a few hiccups here and there, but truth be told it was as more my fault and personality that caused the few hiccups than how the facility is ran. But even then it was handled professionally and with respect. I went to Lost Creek rehab to prepare for my upcoming surgery that I needed to be physically ready for. I have been dealing with both military and civilian physical therapist since 1989 due to various injuries I've received. Never have I worked with people as good and caring as the physical therapist and occupational therapist at Lost Creek... They are truly a marvelous and wonderful group of people!!! The nursing staff are knowledgeable about the medications and will even sit down and discuss with you what each and every medication does until you understand. They are also a great group of people!!! Housekeeping, kept my room clean, stuff such as sheets, washcloths, toilet paper, and so on were always replaced as needed. Or desired. Plus they were as warm and friendly as they were dedicated to my well being... Management was also a great group of people who took their time to explain the various details of how things are done. My 20 days at this health care facility was to me a wonderful experience. Yes I was in severe pain from my old injuries that was bothering me, I was kinda cranky and at times alittle hard to deal with. But I was treated kindly, respectfully, and honestly. I can't express enough how much this facility overall has helped me, and of the great care I received. I hope and pray that I can return to this facility for me after surgery rehab therapy needs....

I think this place is a gem! Everyone...they have the best therapy around, everyone is overly accommodating, and there is no other place I would have my mother or father than Lost Creek. The thing that we love the most is anytime we ask for something, it was done immediately no questions asked...they made us feel like royalty.

I can't even begin to start listing all the things that went wrong going to this facility is been nothing but a big hot mess nurses didn't know how to do a specific IV treatment my parent had to wait over 4 hours to even get some pain meds to relieve her pain because the third shift nurse decided to do other things and she had to wait until first shift nurse came in to get some pain medicine the decor is depressing just not a good place to be so stay away if you can and find some other alternative place to go to
