They carry good products, however I was not satisfied with the service. I spent almost 1,000 here in November on a new suit and acessories (like belt, shoes, and tie). The suit is a very nice Joseph Abboud branded suit, but I dont feel the salesman (also the manager) did the best job of taking care of me. When fitting me for the suit he did not make good recommendations for alterations to the suit. Most of his recommendations were different from what I wanted for the suit to fit properly. He also kept trying to add on to the order to have me spend more than I wanted to. I got the suit home after the alterations and realized that they didn't hem the pants, so I had to take it back and wait a week for their tailor to get in to make the changes. Once I got that all squared away, I put the whole suit on and realized that the jacket needed taken in like I had suggested and the pants had the break wrong. So, I took it to Jolies tailoring (she does amazing work) and she was able to get me fixed up. I am satisfied with the suit, but I could have gotten the same suit somewhere else and recieved better service and probably saved money. I wont be buying anything from mens warehouse again for sure. I normally take my business to Jo's. A. Bank, but there are none around here, so if I was going to buy another suit in Lima, I would try the suit shop downtown, Hoefeller, Hiatt & Clark. I hope this review assists you in deciding whether to spend your money here or not.

Ivy - I’d suggest having better customer service manner on the phone. So rude, seemed annoyed and rude from a simple question; made me not want to ask her another thing and didn’t make me want to bring my business here.

Nikki was really nice helped out a lot positive attitude definitely recommend her although the guy working with her how ever is a different story he’s got a comb over with a bear all black hair VERY RUDE!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! TRIED TO RETURN A RENTAL AND NO ONE THERE ON SUNDAY AT 1 PM. THE HOURS ARE FROM 11am TIL 6. WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. THANKS
