Worst experience at a hospital ever. Had an appointment for an asthma specialist. Spent a total of 40 minutes there. Less than 30 in the actual appointment. Charged over a thousand dollars. Ended up paying over 800. Received only one bill from them and I thought it was a mistake for that ludicrous amount. Didn't receive any other bills or phone calls. Just received recently a bill from collections saying I owed that money. Had to deal with them. Terrible service, outrageous charges and awful billing and customer service.

Kindred was very very enjoyable and relaxing. When I first came in I was on the vent all day long and they have gotten me off of it except for at night only. Everyone was kind, lovable and helped me out a lot. I’m glad I’m better and leaving but I will miss everyone and will be sad to not see them every day.

We literally only waited 3-5 minutes before being seen and was well taken care of

I arrived in the emergency room with EXTREME dizziness and nausea. I was diagnosed with Vertigo due to a ear infection. The nurse was hurrying to do a EKG ( her words, not mine ), before the doctor came in. I was given several test and sent home with medication for dizziness and nausea. Not aware that nothing was prescribed for the ear infection ( they treated the symptoms and not the illness ). My doctors office called me on Monday morning after notification that I had been in the ER. I was given an appointment to see my doctor because he was alarmed after reading my EKG ( the doctor nor nurse did not mention anything being abnormal while I was in the ER ). My doctor redid the EKG ( everything was normal ) and prescribed medication for my ear infection. St. Rita’s ER dropped the ball and I will be disputing medical cost for that visit.

The treatment from the staff towards one of their patients is intolerable. She was calling for help and didn’t receive any for a couple of hours. She was ignored and neglected. Do better.

The hospital itself is beautiful. However, 90% of the staff will not care about the well being of human lives. I've heard "quality of life" "we need this bed/room" many times. Shady record holding and just all around bs doctors. Its an absolute joke I think a Walgreens doctor would know more

This is a very nice hospital. I have been there quite a few times for different procedures and the service is always good. I also like how they offer a 20% discount if you pay at the time of service.

This place sucks and ungodly slow and a sorry excuse for an ER. Do not come here.
