Called to schedule an estimate for a residential renovation. This guy demanded 45 for an estimate. None of the half-dozen other renovators I spoke with charged for estimates, but I agreed to pay him. On the day of the scheduled appointment, he didn't call or show up. I haven't heard from him since.
