I have never met ruder staff in all my life. Always found it really expensive but its handy. Wont ever be back!

I find the shop warm and welcoming with the staff being very chatty and polite in all departments and always willing to assist when necessary. I do however feel a pity for the staff in cold weather as the till area is always very cold. I also find it frustrating however when queueing at the tills on the last isle and a customer just walks up to a till to be served when everyone else queueing.

Sorry folks but I have to agree with the previous reports about hot food counter. Extortionate prices. One slice of cottage pie which was labelled a daily special for 5 I could have got a full dinner elsewhere for that. I shall not be back at these prices. Good store though well run apart from hot food counter prices.

Really dear place all together only shop I know that changes you for red sauce with hot food that should always comes free with any other shop the staff say they are treated really bad and never put on the heating and had to go out and buy her self a heating for her own work that's really bad! And don't get me started with the staff!
