Friendly hAppy place where everyone fits in, environmental ethos growing each year. Very much established as a family friendly festival for everyone with new and up n coming artists and icons. Its hard to be in three places at once but you'd want to as the stages are all so good

The festival featured good quality artists and music. It is family friendly , however I'd say there were a few things that could have been done a bit better. Firstly, food on site was over priced. I'd say double the normal rate you'd pay in the equivalent city fast food location. Secondly it was still mostly junk food and not as family orientated as advertised. The levels of mud were pretty intense, up there with Glastonbury. This wasn't a problem inside the event on foot as you expect it but trying to leave without the aid of a tractor was impossible. Perhaps more could have been done to prepare the farmer's field for the number of vehicles and the amount of rain. Overall though it was a good event and I'd still recommend it. However there's still room to improve it, particularly for those bringing very young children under the age of 2. Because when it rains like that there's only the tent for them to move about in and it rained pretty much all the time. Also the on site food didn't cater to children that young very well at least not in any balanced diet sort of way. We did manage though and had a good time.

First visit to this festival as I was playing with the IVGO. Lots of mud like any good festival!

Even when it's full of muck, it's heartwarmingly fantastic. Excellent family festival, with class bands, beautiful surroundings, gorgeous art, great poets, funny comedians, and the best yarnbombed trees ever!
