Degree in Clinical Psychology decided to move abroad and explore my Celtic roots! I moved to Ireland in 2002 - the same week the punt changed to the euro, which was an adventure, to say the least! It did not take long for my brain to start itching and enrolled to complete my MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the University of Limerick. I graduated in 2008 and after completing my accreditation hours, I set up my Private Practice in Limerick in 2009. So what do I currently do? -> I work in Private Practice as a Psychotherapist and Sound Therapist and see clients in my office in Limerick city or my office in Kilcornan, Co. Limerick or online. -> I offer in Personal and Professional Development focusing on Emotional and Relational Intelligence and Self Care, in particular how to prevent burnout or Entrepreneur Fatigue -> I am involved in the SuperPreneur Lifestyle which is a collaboration that offers online training programmes, coaching, mastermind workshops and in-house training to Entrepreneurs. -> I also offer luncheon talks for groups, colleges and companies regarding the importance of Self Care, Preventing Burnout and how to be emotionally savvy in the workplace. -> I host monthly "Sound Baths"​ - which are group meditations for relaxation at the Dore Healthy Lifestyle Training Centre in Kilcornan, Co.
