Dr. Henderson and his team are amazing! They are very personable and friendly yet professional. He really cares about his patients and does whatever he can to help solve their problems. I have been going to limitless for a few weeks and already notice a huge difference. I really appreciate that they personalize their treatment to each individual and their abilities. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has any need for physical therapy!

Short rehab success story: When I first came to Robert I was 3 weeks out from running a half marathon Spartan race, however I badly sprained my right ankle while in training and could barely walk. What should’ve been a 6 week recovery time, I was determined to run this race. Robert worked with me 2 times a week doing some dry needling and gave me stretches and exercises to do on my own. When race time came I was able to run the full 13.2 miles as well as complete all 31 obstacles. Without him I would’ve had to reschedule the race and waste a years worth of training. I am super thankful the limitless team was there when I needed them!

Limitless Physical Therapy & Wellness is excellent! Robert and his staff make you feel like family from the first time you walk into their facility and through every visit. Robert's in-depth knowledge, experience and genuine care for each individual just can't be beat. My lower back pain was almost debilitating, and with some massage, stretching and strengthening, the pain and discomfort disappeared very quickly. I highly recommend Robert and his staff for any physical therapy needs.

Highly recommend Robert and his staff. I'm a very active female and went to Limitless PT for treatment of a strained quadricep tendon that was causing severe knee pain. Robert and his staff spent the entire hour with me personalizing my recovery through various stretches, exercises and manual therapy. I have little to no pain now and I am back to my active lifestyle. I had such good care with my knee that I returned to Limitless PT after rotator cuff (shoulder) surgery. Again I received excellent care. It wasn't an easy recovery, but with hard work on my part and following instructions that I was given by Robert and his staff - my shoulder is in great shape. I can't thank them enough.
