Nice assortment of rental tools and machinery. Got exactly what I needed for a small job I had to do. Good prices. Owner is not very chatty or cheerful with his client. I felt like I was in his way.

Terrible customer service. Do not rent from them! You will regret no matter how convenient or cheap you may think it is! Save yourself the trouble and rent any where else. I rented a car dolly trailer, in the process of moving the trailer to load up my car the tire blew. I contacted them and they demanded that I be responsible to fix it and would be charged an extra rental day if I could not get it fixed in time. I brought the tire to Frisby tire and they informed that the tire that was on the trailer was 8 years expired and they should have never rented it out with those tires. Frisby tire went above and beyond and even phoned the owner letting him know that this is incredibly dangerous and that I should not be liable for a expired tire. I’m just thankful that the tire blew without the vehicle on the trailer! Upon bringing it back the owner was very rude about this and was going to charge for a extra day rental as it was towards the end of day when brought back fixed. Told me never to come back, for whatever reason he assumed I’d be renting from him again after this experience, I would never be back and would suggest anyone else not go there!
THIS IS A BUSINESS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! BEST PRICES & CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR! Since we've needed to use equipment for various projects, Location Burelle has had every single item available to assist in our various project needs! Whenever I need to rent an equipment, they answer the phone every time explaining in full details their various equipment and rates that would be best to answer my current project. They are very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful! It might be luck BUT every time I need to rent something, I have been able to obtain it. They also let me know which machinery is popular so that way I know if I need to prebook much in advance or I can just show up. I have NEVER encountered a business that was so knowledgable and ready to help in any way in answering our needs. I would also like to add that they have also been very generous with their time on the phone (seeing I ask a lot of questions and never made me feel like a nuisance). Also, they have shown great flexibility as some of our projects didn't necessarily respect the advised time frame given to them and they showed understanding and reorganized a new agreement for the machinery. PLUS they have ALL the equipment your various projects may need - AMAZING to be able to count on only 1 place to get all your stuff! Like I said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Location Burelle!
Very bad customer service.. I've dealt with them 3 times.. first time I figured I'd give them benefit of the doubt second time was ok and now today I go to rent a auger it was 11:30 the guy wanted to charge me full price and wanted me to bring it back before 3.. I told him should it not be for 24 hours. He said no cause then its preventing him from renting it the next day if I bring it back at 11:30.. when I was there there was 2 there not rented and he rather loose a rental.. you can go to home depot and rented for 24 hour no matter the time you pick it up. They want us to support local businesses but yet they have no customer service.. businesses like this are why we should have businesses like home depot here .. they would either have to learn to change there way of dealing with ppl or there business would go under with no fault of there own.
We rented a small excavator, employee was knowledgeable and helped us load it, even put air in our trailer tire.
