My experience with 123 System Solutions was outstanding. I took my Mac mini to have a new hard drive installed.and they broke one of the mother board connectors. They loaned me a MacBook Pro (in new condition) to use while they attempted to repair it. They also offered to sell the loaner to me at a price well below the usual price which I bought.. In addition they installed a bigger hard drive at no extra cost. They went well beyond what was needed to correct their mistake. Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain much of the mechanics involved with the repairs.

I took my Apple Mac Pro in for a basic graphics card installation. The graphics card that I originally took in didn't work for my OS; Jack suggested a few other cards that he'd assure me would work, but neither of them were compatible either. However, the major problem happened when he installed the second one, and my computer immediately stopped working; it was practically FUBAR. I couldn't actually see what Jack did to it because the workshop area was in the back, but my CPU worked FINE before that incident. In retrospect, I should've demanded compensation for my computer. I ultimately had to buy a whole new computer because none of Jack's attempts to fix it worked, and none of the replacement parts that Jack suggested that I order worked. I'd give this review ZERO stars if I could; Jack didn't know what he was doing, and he cost me my computer, which I took great care of, because he apparently screwed up a graphics card installation.

123 system solutions is the best place to get computers fixed. Tom and Jack have helped me for many years. They are very good and good prices i would recommend them to everyone. Any time i need them they are always there for me and they are very good at getting it done and dont have to worry bout any problems.
