I love the custom designs they come up with, they are creative and GREAT marketing opportunities for my business! There are pretty designs on shirts and then there are AWESOME designs that highlight my business and style of branding. Plus, they are always willing to try something new!

Edit: Cherie Averill's review of 5 stars is the lady who owns the company. Good luck with trying to counter our reviews. Bad service can't be undone. Like the lady above me, I have been emailing with Cherie for almost 2 months, still no products. the first I was told must of gotten shipped to someone else. Now on the next, I am being told now 4-6 weeks but that the particular shirts i ordered will be longer. NO where does it say this on the invoicing or website. I have never been so disappointed. She let me down. Oh and giving yourself 5 stars after your horrible service to so many (turns out we aren't the only ones) isn't going to help your business Cherie!

If I could give her no starts I would. It's an 0 for sure! I ordered 76.50 worth of clothing explained I was new to Scentsy and ordering asked for help. Eventually just ordered. Reached out for an update. Website says 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks after I ordered she said part of it was back ordered. A sweater. She said I could pick something else but the only one I liked was 15 cheaper so I asked if she could add my website. She said she would have it by the weekend and sent within the week. It's been 9 weeks. I wanted to order more. Me and my bf had discussions which I stuck up for her and told him to wait. Then asked for a update and explained he's getting upset. She immediately refunded without massaging back. Then pretty much was nasty about it when I just wanted to know if it came in. Then I asked if I could give her the money and get it sent like tomorrow or asap she said have a good night! Gave her every dollar I had! Waited and waited was so patient and she just was so rude and mean and always takes days to weeks to message back. Not worth waiting 10 whole weeks to be told no and given money back. I wanted it for a event and have less then a month to find someone else! I thought she was nice once I finally got to her 4 weeks later but no. Edit: Also, if you notice there isn't one recent Etsy review. Most recent is from 2/2017. Won't do business with them again! Shes got some awesome designs, with awesome prices but that doesn't compensate for super crappy customer service! I'm an Independent Scentsy Consultant and ordered my first Scentsy apparel from them. Site says ships in 6- 8 weeks. I ordered on Oct 11th and signed up for text updates on my order. Fast forward to today Dec 1st, 7 1/2 weeks after i ordered and I hadn't received any kind of update about it so I emailed to make sure it was on track. I received a reply saying it was on backorder and she didn't know when I'd get it! Not even a guess on a time frame. So 7 1/2 weeks on BO and no notice or email telling me it would be any longer than 8 weeks. No shipping guarantee either by the way! Found recent reviews of the same experience so I let me team know not to expect their orders anytime soon...on a private FB group. That's all I said. A few hours later my order has been cancelled and refunded, because a concerned teammate shared my post with her. I'll take my money to a vendor that respects and appreciates their customers enough to keep them informed on the orders.

I ordered a couple shirts on September 9th. The website informed me that shipping would be 4-6 weeks, not a problem. On October 16, Cherie sent me a message on FB informing me that my order would be shipping out soon. I waited until November 16th and still no package. I then sent her a message on FB that same day, and have not gotten a response. I waited yet another week, still no response and no package. I ended up sending an email to the company requesting a refund as I still have not gotten my items or a response back. I just check my order status online, and it says that my order is still unfufilled. As a small business owner myself, this is a horrible way to run a business. I will never order from this company again, and will tell everyone to steer clear of this company as well.
