This is a Peugeot dealership that operates like a BMW one! The level of attention to customer care is more like you would expect in larger, and let's face it, more German establishment. Sales and aftersales are key here, and if you're looking to buy a car from somewhere that has your needs at heart, then Abacus is this place. Can't recommend highly enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even though I didn't buy my car from them, they took time to sort out my query and their advice was much appreciated.
One of the worst service I have faced with Abacus. I have purchased BMW 1 series used car and no proper answer and responsibility to look after it. I have paid bit of premium on the car expecting it is a professional dealer rather than any other dealer. They have washed their hands after selling the car and taking no responsibility to address the problem with the car in air-condition fan which has got issue from the day one. Thanks KRK
