The older doctor on 3rd shift yelled at me in front of all the nurses as I was walking out, because he argued with me, claiming I did not have an ear infection, and did not bother to tell me what was wrong or treat me. It was very insensitive, and humiliating for me as a patient, I did not even want to go there in the first place because of bad experiences before as well, but didn't know what else to do, it is the only hospital around for 30 miles. Even while I was waiting for the doctor to come into the room to talk to me, I overheard the nurses talking about my PERSONAL information, about how I smoked cigarettes, I heard them say exact specific things that the nurse asked me personal questions about myself. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, and judgemental, the exact OPPOSITE of what a hospital environment is supposed to be. I've been trained in Healthcare and know this is absolutely not supposed to happen, you do not talk about clients personal information with coworkers. What a disgrace. But anyway, I had a headache so bad it woke me up out of my sleep at 5am, only reason why I went there. So not only did it waste my time, never got treated, and was yelled at. I seriously left this place crying.
