Bought a new 500 pickup box cover less than a year ago , traded pickups same brand same size. Had to call about a dozen times before I could get them to install cover on new truck. I guess that I should have done it myself or shopped around. Got charged 4 a foot for 5 ft of a small weather strip that will cost about 75 cents a foot anywhere else. Then I got tagged 50 labor to do a 15 minute install. Work seems ok but the price is a screw job. Typical buy it new because service after the sale is history.

I wanted to purchase a topper for my brand new truck. After standing for 10 minutes while it seemed like a personal call he put them on hold to talk to me. I asked a question about the topper and he pointed at a brochure and gave me his card. No business from me. Service these days.
