Its a rarity to find a restaurant in this area of the country serving traditional German cuisine. 12 german beers on tap, ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere almost made me want to take a nap after dinner. The waffle fry nachos were ok, but the "paulie melt" was amazing, carmelized bacon, fried texas toast..... A worthwhile mention as a local favorite. I would like to see a bratwurst sandwich of some kind on the menu. Try it...
