I have a daughter who lives in Lincoln and is a single mom of two toddlers. My wife and I live in North Carolina so we aren’t close enough to act immediately. My daughter called me and she had two busted pipes that flooded the finished basement of the house. I called several plumbers and no one had same day reaction available due to the weather. Ken at Action took down my information and said he’d see what he could do. To my surprise he called within 30 minutes and had someone dispatched to my daughter’s house and they repaired both pipes. Thanks to all that acted so quickly and professionally. You put a distant father at ease
