The first time I went there the clerks were friendly. I bought an item and a month later it stopped working properly. It turned out to be the batteries. I have not used my device that much for the batteries to have run out. They refused to replace the batteries which I thought was cheap and ridiculous. I don't think I will purchase any more products from them. I am very disappointed.

Jared and the trainee he had on the evening of 10/28/2020 were absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable and kind. Helpful, friendly. Store was extremely clean and well organized. Clearly marked prices. Will definitely be back and I definitely recommend!

the staff were super nice at first & very welcoming. but they tend to follow you around the whole store & just watch your every move & it was extremely weird & made me really uncomfortable.

Store is staffed with Males and Females, very diverse staff. Straight, gay, whatever. There is always a friendly person there to assist you and to make you comfortable and at ease. Store is clean, nicely light and plenty of parking. My favorite Adult store in Lincoln.
