Lani Glasser lied to me about costs of visits. A financial burden for someone far under poverty level. She also lacks skills, interpersonal skills, listen skills. When l find caring and competent therapist working through issues with my experience with Lani. BBB give them 1 star.

We’ve been doing couples therapy for 1.5 years and honestly idk where we would be with out the help of Kipp. I have sent many friends to this office. All are also satisfied!

Super disappointed. Upon arriving we tried to call the office to let them know we would 10 mins or so late due to traffic however no one answered our call. After arriving to the office we waited atleast 5 minutes before having to knock on a door because the receptionist was missing from the front desk. The gal who finally came to the desk said she would let Kipp Lanning know we were waiting. 20 mins later comes back out and says he was busy and hadn't responded to her. So we sat for an entire hour before he came into the lobby to grab his next appointment entirely ignoring myself and my husband. THIS WAS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF OUR TIME. I can only imagine what a session would/could have been like.

I went out on a limb and overcame some personal issues but was finally able to work up the courage to go see a counselor. During my first appointment at AdultSpan, my counselor tried to push me into going to church. On my second visit, the counselor again tried to push church as a solution to my problem and, then, told me that he thought I was lying about my problems. There will not be a third visit. Unfortunately, I now doubt that counseling can ever be effective. Maybe someday I'll try again with a different couselor at a different practice but, for now, I'm just going to suffer with my \imaginary\ problem and continue to stay away from church. Total disappointment and I would not recommend this office.
